International Orange In Stitching California
My quilt “International Orange” is one of 41 pieces selected for “Stitching California,” a traveling exhibition mounted by the Northern California/Northern Nevada region of Studio Art Quilt Associates (SAQA).
The exhibition opens August 17, 2019 at the Grace Hudson Museum in Ukiah, California, with a reception from 2–5 p.m. The show continues until January 5, 2020 and then travels to five other venues around California.
Juried by Katie Pasquini Masopust and Karen Holmes, the show explores the complexity, diversity, illusions, realities and hopes that contribute to the richness and contradictions of the Golden State.
Catalogs are available for $20 on Amazon.
